COCONUT OIL

Still on my natural hair journey, black they say is beautiful, and to that I say a very big yes!
I am black, I love it and Im proud of it!
So this week, I found out some things that,
1. Many people want to go natural, beautiful.
2. A lot of people with natural hair want to relax it... hmm!
3. Many are fed up with the rising costs of hair products... fact!
4. And many more are not so enthusiastic to go natural because of what it takes to maintain the beautiful natural hair.

I understand these worries because I was also once in that position. I was fed up with the costs of hair products with no viewable effect on my hair. I decided then to do something which I would love to share with you as an advice.
Instead of looking about for hair products to buy, Why not simply use what you have around and available to you?
Dont get me wrong, using hair products is good, in fact it is very good but if you can't readily afford them, then a better option is to go for the natural products available to you. A lady recently asked me the price of coconut oil, to which I answered #5,000. While the cost for some of us may be inexpensive, she said, for some others like herself, it was expensive and over her budget. On noticing the disappointment on her face, I calmed her down and adviced her to get the locally made coconut oil, instead, because they both serve exactly the same purpose. The next day she happily informed me that she bought a liter of locally made coconut oil for 1,200 Naira, as easy as that. Wow! she says she can use the oil for as long as she likes.
Today's tip.
When massaged into the scalp, coconut oil helps to improve blood circulation and supports hair growth. Detangling hair is a chore; and can often cause breakage. Coconut oil improves hair break stress by penetrating the hair shaft.
